That looks like some late 80's blind date that your friend's boyfriend set you up with for the prom that you thought you were going to avoid in a rebellious and sophisticated kind of way but decided last minute you were not actually cool enough for people to notice that you had not shown up, and then regret because.... his hair indeed looked like a Russian hat.
