I'm With the Band, SF Jan'07

I love love love this look. I keep trying it on myself and haven't quite figured out how to keep the headband put, but once i do...it's on like donkey kong. I first saw it on a girl at the Bonnie Prince Billy concert in Big Sur, but the girl took it further by putting a feather on the side (no, she di'int!). Then last a couple of weekends ago I went and saw Stephen Malkmus and the bassist of the opening band, Entrance, wore her hair like this. She looked gooooood! So anyhow, go forth and prosper.
